ráadásul a gólt sem klasszikus PP formációból lőttük.
Nevek alapján a 3./4. srouk is jó. Érdekes meccs lesz, nem mernék a győzelmünkre tenni!

egy kis történelem (bocs a sok angolért...)
The Philadelphia Flyers were one of the first teams introduced to the National Hockey League as a result of the NHL expansion starting in 1967. Since then, they have become one of the most recognizable and storied franchises in NHL history. Philadelphia's place in the Eastern Conference, as well as their smash-mouth style of hockey, has naturally pegged them as a perfect rival for the Boston Bruins.
Beginning in 1972, the year the Boston Bruins won their fifth Stanley Cup, the Philadelphia Flyers took on the moniker "The Broad Street Bullies", due to their tough, take-no-prisoners style of play. The Flyers organization looked to emulate the tough yet skilled style the Bobby Orr and Phil Esposito led Boston Bruins had molded so well. Soon after, every time these teams met, the tension on the ice and in the building was clear, and from there, the rivalry was born.
In the spring of 1974, The Philadelphia Flyers bested Bobby Orr and the Bruins en route to their first Stanley Cup in franchise history at the conclusion of the 1973-1974 season. Philadelphia's goaltender, Bernie Parent, played a huge role in shutting down Bobby Orr and the Bruins, subsequently winning the trifecta of goaltending that year as well as the following year: the Conne Smythe, the Vezina trophy, and the Stanley Cup. Parent, to the unfortunate and bitter irony for the Bruins and their fans, had originally been property of the Boston Bruins organization.
The last time these two teams would meet would be in the 1978 Stanley Cup playoffs, where the Don Cherry coached Boston Bruins would exact their revenge and knock the Flyers out of the playoffs. After this tense and bitter series, the Flyers would not meet the Bruins for a long time and the rivalry seemed to be waning...until the spring of 2010.
Thirty-two years later, the Philadelphia Flyers and Boston Bruins would once again meet in the playoffs for the chance to hoist Lord Stanley's silver. The Bruins, having just come off a disappointing and injury riddled season, upset the higher-seeded Buffalo Sabres and advanced to play the Philadelphia Flyers in the second round. After three tight games, the Boston Bruins we're up three games to none and the series looked all but over. However, as the series wore on, injury after injury occurred, and the Bruins lack of depth was severely exposed. The Flyers would come back to force a game 7 on Boston ice. The tension in the air at TD Garden on May 14th, 2010 was so thick you could cut it with the blade on the bottom of a hockey skate. The Boston Bruins scored three goals in the first period and for a good amount of time, had a three to zero lead, mirroring that of the series lead they had once held. Then, the unthinkable happened, The Philadelphia Flyers would score 4 consecutive goals to complete the come back, advance to the conference finals, and knock the Bruins out of the 2010 Stanley Cup finals for good. Every heart in Black and Gold nation was, once again, crushed.
Fans heartbroken and jobs in serious question, the Boston Bruins walked into the summer with their heads firmly pointed at the floor. Their was hope however, the Bruins drafted number two overall forward phenom Tyler Seguin and acquired the sniping power forward, Nathan Horton, from Florida in the off-season following this monumental collapse. The Bruins headed into the 2010-2011 season with fresh faces and one goal in mind; to erase the memory of the 2010 collapse and restore the Big Bad Bruins identity that had swelled the hearts and raised the voices of so many Bruins fans decades ago.
As it turned out, The Boston Bruins would have their chance to exact vengeance and achieve vindication the following playoffs, and in no more a perfect manner than to face the Philadelphia Flyers in the second round once again. The Bruins would go on to gain another three to none series lead over the Flyers, lead by the sensational performance of Tim Thomas. This time, the Bruins would complete the sweep, there would be no comeback for the Flyers, and you could see there was something very special brewing for this Boston team.
The Boston Bruins would go on to win the Stanley Cup just over a month later, and the win was made even sweeter by their vengeful crushing of the Philadelphia Flyers along the way.
On Thursday night, October 6th 2011, The Boston Bruins will raise their first Stanley Cup Champions banner in thirty-nine years. Shortly after the banner is raised, the Boston Bruins will look to defend their title against their old rivals, while the Philadelphia Flyers will likely be looking for some vengeance of their own all while knocking off the champs on home ice. Meanwhile, Boston goalie Tim Thomas, will look to complete the cycle of successful-style-emulation that the Flyers had started so many decades ago; by completing the goaltending trifecta for the second year in a row, just like Bernie Parent did back in 1975.
a srácok megkapták a bajnoknak járó gyűrűket!
Nelly: "After I retired, I never expected to have a ring on my finger. It's just, dreams have come true."
...
Clark sérülés esetén lesz a kerettel.
Centerekből ragyásig vagyunk, Kellyt be kellene váltani vmi jó szélsőre, akár ráfizeét árán is.
Be ready Boston Bruins fans, the Nordiques Nation is heading your way on March 3 2012, against the Islanders . Boston is the 4th out of 5 stops scheduled for the NN this season . The other stops are at New Jersey, Florida, Ottawa and Detroit .
a téli deadline előtti időszak szerintem megint érdekes lesz.
