@TEAM1040: Per @TSNBobMcKenzie - it "feels" like Anaheim and Chicago have significant interest in Ryan Kesler.
Ide csak idézni tudnék egy kinti kommentet:
"As a Ducks fan, i feel like it`s way more important that Kesler does not go to Chicago, than Kesler coming to Anaheim.
Kesler to Chicago, in my opinion, is a very, very scary thought. They`re already very tough to beat. Adding Kesler would make it incredibly hard for any other team in the league."

Egyébként ha visszagondolunk, akkor ez nem új keletű dolog. Colorado-ban Sakic és Forsberg már 15 éve ott voltak egymás mögött, és finoman szólva elit csapat voltak.

Report: Kesler only wants to be traded to Penguins or ‘Hawks (Updated)
Update: Kesler is also willing to go to Anaheim, according to CBC’s Elliotte Friedman. The Ducks are in a pretty good position right now from a cap perspective, so they wouldn’t have that complication to deal with.

A kérdések nincsenek feltüntetve, de a válaszokból ki lehet következtetni őket.

How do we stop opposing fans from taking over stadium - half the fans aren't from this area. 10-12K season ticket holders. Many of them take advantage of ticket brokers. About time that the FANS get pissed off, and get loud and proud. (Basically called out our fans as being crap, which I fully agree with) except on a few notable occasions (for the first time in 20 years).
Organist - fan feels would help with interaction and over chanting opposing fans, Ryan says entire entertainment package will be examined, hard to satisfy entire demographic.

Kings get ahead and the don't defend, they check. Difference in philosophy of team, not just the defensemen. Go through people. Didn't really talk about if Ducks would do it.
Rookies are the plan for goal. Fight it out, in 2-3 years one will be very unhappy.
Hiller commented how what happened to him is ironic, similar to what he did with Giguere.

Theodore coming along very well. Yawney very happy with development of him and Manson, doesn't want to give either up.
Cap - owner allows spending above revenues, but won't be a full cep team until revenues go up. 23rd in revenue last year from 27th the year before. Goal is teens.
#10 pick - 1st round pick is always BPA. Never draft for position.
Why get rid if Winnik? Younger players coming in who need playing time and may score more goals than he could. They want three scoring lines, four if possible.
2C - RFA sheets almost never work. We aren't in a position to hand out ridiculous bonuses like Weber.
Robidas - he doesn't know, wants to see how rehab goes, sounded doubtful about him being on the team.
How is Kesler trade going? - offer won't be as good, lost a playoff series. A "bit more things out there". "The press is throwing names at you, don't think that's all that's out there"

Why wasn't Kesler traded - "something didn't go right, that's all I can say"

Who do you want playing behind you, Kesler or Spezza? - under contract, can't comment legally.
Faceoffs -team focus, better this year, will keep working at it. Team effort, not just centers. BM - we suck at them. Todd Marchant working with team on them. Overplayed Getzlaf because of faceoffs. Team doesn't help centers enough.
Sammy has not ever been considered at RW, "could be here next year if he keeps coming along".
Penner - friends for a long time, a lot of things go on behind the scenes fans never see that goes into that decision, without going into it he showed inconsistencies that made him not work.
On becoming a leader - had to work out how to make family time work. Credited wife.
Game 7 - a little bit nervous, a lot of young players, if he knew what to say in the locker room he would have said it then.
Child asked who would throw pucks into crowd during warmups. Getzlaf said the team would have more pucks now, but he'd designate someone to do it now
Why wasn't Kesler traded - "because they have to play us"

Ottawa Senators general manager Bryan Murray says he has two "serious" offers on the table for Jason Spezza, as trade speculation regarding his team captain has intensified over the last week.
Nagyon remélem, hogy mi vagyunk az egyik, mert Kesler ára szerintem irreális lesz, főleg nyugati csapatnak...

Kalkuláld bele, hogy ha adunk érte roster playert (adnánk), akkor az a fizu felszabadulna, így ha mondjuk Sbisát odaadjuk, akkor az a 7.1 millió dollár már csak 5 millió lenne. Ha mondjuk Allen-t is odasózzuk, akkor már csak 1,5 millióval lennénk terheltebbek.
Ugyan ez igaz Phaneuf-re is. Az a 8 millió abban a pillanatban csökkenne, amint adunk valakit a jelenlegi roster-ből. Na úgy már nem is olyan vészes az a szerződés. Ráadásul Phaneuf szerződése front loaded, 2 év múlva elkezd csökkenni az összeg....

Mellesleg nem teljesen értem, hogy miért hiszik az emberek, hogy franchise védőket 5 millió környékén lehet kapni.
Csak néhány példa a mostanában kupát nyert csapatok top védőiről:
Boston - Chara: 7 millió még 4 évig, jelenleg 37 éves
Chicago - Seabrook: 5.8 millió, de front loaded volt, még 2 év, és 29 éves
Chicago - Keith: 5.53 millió, szintén front loaded, az első 6 évben 7.75 millió cap hit, még 9 év van hátra, és 30 éves
Los Angeles - Doughty: 7 millió még 5 évig, 24 éves
Pittsburgh - Letang: 7,2 millió még 8 évig, 27 éves
Detroit - Lidstrom: 7 millió átlagban a post-lockout után, és ez nagyon baráti volt, mert ő tipikusan az a könyékből 10 milliós figura.
Na most vegyük hozzá Scotty és Pronger fizetését a 2007-es csapatból:
Niedermayer - 6,7 millió amíg nálunk volt, nem kis kedvezménnyel a tesó miatt. Lazán lehetett volna ez 7,5 millió ha tényleges áron nézzük.
Pronger - 6.2 millió, és tudjuk ugyebár, hogy az asszony b*szogatására ment Edmontonból, ha licitálnunk kellett volna rá UFA piacon, simán kér 7-8 milliót ő is.
Akkor kérdem én, Phaneuf miért is drága a maga 7 millájával? |

Nálam Spezza és Phaneuf a kívánságlista, ha őket beszerezzük, akkor minden vágyam teljesülne. Mind a kettő olyat tud hozzátenni a játékunkhoz, amely jelenleg hiányzik nálunk.

A mai adag a nagyvilágból:
The one temptation, however, will be Anaheim. Not only do the Ducks own perhaps the largest stock of sub-22-year-old talent in the NHL, they also have two first-round picks plus two seconds in the upcoming draft. No NHL team has more trade bait heading into this draft, we believe.
Prediction: Anaheim GM Bob Murray will forgo paying the Pacific premium and deal for Spezza, giving the Sens back the first-round pick they gave Anaheim in the Bobby Ryan deal. Even if Kesler may be a better fit in Anaheim behind Ryan Getzlaf. Just our hunch.

Of course, there are two factors here that stand in the way of Campbell parting ways with Florida: Two years and a $7.1 million cap hit. There’s no way the Panthers are trading Campbell without picking up a portion of his salary, which might be another challenge for a team that's trying to do it on the cheap. (To the point where that's affecting their talks with Dan Bylsma for head coach.) But finding a team that wants to pick up that cap hit, and for whom Campbell wants to play, is going to be a neat trick.
(One perfect fit: The Anaheim Ducks. They have the cap space, the need for another puck-moving defenseman and the window's wide open to try and win a Cup.)

Engem mondjuk százszor jobban érdekel a védelem megerősítése. Ha az Andersen - Gibson duóval vágunk neki, akkor a meglévő védelem még nem tudja kellően tehermentesíteni a két fiatalt. Ha hoznánk ,akkor olyan kell, aki PP-ben bevethető.
A 2nd line C kérdéshez annyit, hogy nálam a Kesler - Spezza duó valamelyike lenne az igazán jó megoldás, leginkább Kesler.

Senators GM Bryan Murray is working the phones, gauging the interest in his captain Jason Spezza. While there is interest, talks won’t likely get serious until the GM meetings in New York next week. Sources say the top candidates are in the West (Ducks, Blues, Predators and Canucks) as they haven’t really be wanting to entertain from the East (Panthers and Rangers).
“The issue the Senators are facing is they aren’t going to get as good a player back if they deal Jason Spezza,” said a league executive Tuesday.
“You don’t get No. 1 centres just anywhere. Guys who get those kinds of points are hard to come by. They’ll get a No. 1 pick in the draft but that guy isn’t going to help them anytime soon. He’ll be an impact player down the road.”
The Senators may be targeting Nick Bonino in talks with the Ducks, as they tried to get him in Bobby Ryan trade.
“The Senators won’t be getting their best offer until the eve of the draft,” the league executive insisted. “There is no sense of urgency at the moment to get anything done.
“The draft is still three weeks away. This may take until teams actually start making picks for this deal to happen. The Senators have to maximize their return for this player because teams are also looking at free agency on July 1.”

8: Weber? mégis hogy? a Preds odaadta a kincstár kulcsát is neki, hogy maradjon, ő a kapitány, kulcseleme a csapatnak. Miért cserélnék el? és adnátok-e érte sok-sok mindent amellett, hogy utána irtózatos fizut kell fizetni?
Yandle: a Yotes egyik legjobb védője, még két év szerződéssel.. Te div.-en belül cserélnéd az egyik legjobb (ráadásul offensive) védődet?
Myers: nem úgy tűnik az 5 éves évi 5,5M$ szerződésével hogy a Sabres ne akarná rá építeni a védelmet..
Byfuglien-t szerintem a Jets nem adja.. meg ott most szélsőt játszik, nem?
maradt Bieksa, aki összehozott 24 pontot idén (4,5M mellett) és Phaneuf akit árul a Leafs a horror fizuja miatt.
én azt olvastam, hogy a Robidas csere kifejezett jó húzás volt részetekről, stabilitást adott hátul. Szerintem nehezebb lett volna ellenetek ha ő is játszik. |

Weber neve azért merült fel, mert kérdéses, hogy az ő fizetésével a Preds mennyire fog tudni mozogni?! Persze Ő elérhetetlen, de ahogy olvashattad, nem is rá volt kihegyezve a példa.
Yandle/Myers/Byfuglien/Bieksa/Phaneuf együtt:
Átvitt értelemben arra is próbáltam célozni, hogy ha nem nyúlunk zsebbe, és ilyen Allen és Souray típusú játékosokat hozunk ide, akkor nem lesz belőlünk semmi. Bármelyik védőt megszerezhetjük, ha zsebbe nyúlunk. Okádásig vagyunk jogokkal és játékosokkal, ráadásul anyagilag is most nagyon kedvező a szituáció. Ergo bármilyen árat megadhatunk, jelenleg nincs értelme fukarkodnunk.
Pont a Kings a legjobb példa:
A Carter + Richards + Gaborik hármas mibe került a Kingsnek?

Na most nekünk van az idén 2 db 1.,2 db 2., 2 db 3. és 2 db 4. körös választási jogunk, ezen felül a következő névsor: Etem, Rakell, Bonino, rigth of Perrault, Beleskey, DSP, Palmieri, Maroon, Silfverberg, Sbisa, Fistic.
Na és ezek mellé van még 22,4 millió helyünk a cap alatt.

Úgyhogy személyes véleményem szerint ha felül is árazzák bármelyiket, megengedhetünk magunknak még egy 1st line offenzív védőt....és mint ahogy azt leírtam, az idei konf. döntősök közül mindnek volt 2 ilyen kvalitású védője.
Szintén személyes vélemény, hogy szerintem ez nagyobb gond, mint a 2nd line C megtalálása. Mert, hogy Boudreau olyannyira offenzív felfogású edző, hogy kell a védelem megerősítése. Különben csak a saját tengelyünk körül fogunk forogni....
Na ennyi a személyes véleményem a szezonról, pont. |
